Returns & exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie can't be returned or exchanged once the packaging or hygiene liner has been opened — that includes size exchanges, so please use the size guide on every product page before ordering. No exceptions here.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your call.

Refunds (where applicable) land back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval; COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.
