Shipping

• We ship pan-India, and every order goes out in plain, discreet packaging — no brand name or product description on the outside. Your business stays your business.
• Dispatch: orders are processed within 2–4 business days. 
• Delhi NCR: same-day delivery on selected products (marked on the product page). ⚠ confirm cutoff time
• Delivery elsewhere: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch depending on your pincode; metros are usually faster. 
• Shipping charges: free on prepaid orders above ₹999; ₹99 below that. Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee. ⚠
• Once it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email/WhatsApp — no need to DM us "where's my order" (but also, we won't judge).
